Parts Service Representative (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Conducting sales discussions with customers within the parts service department
Delivering commissioned parts to the workshop
Specialist for equipment, wheels, and tires
Comparing delivery notes with the delivery contents for completeness and accuracy
Comparing deliveries with the order
Forwarding the signed delivery notes to the parts dispatcher
Processing warranty and goodwill parts according to Porsche guidelines
Invoice account assignment
Informing service advisors about the receipt of ordered parts
Requirements
Your qualifications:
Enthusiasm for high-quality automobiles
Ideally, professional experience
Car changers welcome with appropriate qualifications
High level of cleanliness
High motivation, conscientious and careful work
Friendliness, punctuality, reliability
Car driver's license (Class B, previously Class 3)
