Your responsibilities:
Providing expert customer advice and representing Porsche Design and Porsche Lifestyle products
Supporting marketing and customer campaigns
Sales of spare parts, equipment, and accessories with appropriate technical advice
Telephone and personal customer support
Ordering incoming orders
Dispatching spare parts, inventory management, and invoicing
Coordination of warranty and goodwill issues
Returning parts and their storage
Active support in the design and implementation of sales promotion measures
Close collaboration with other departments such as sales, workshop, and marketing to ensure smooth customer service
Requirements
Your profile:
Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in parts service desirable
Reliability and organizational skills
Independent and structured working style
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand
Class B driver's license
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong customer and service orientation
