Comparison of deliveries with the order
Forwarding of signed delivery notes to the parts dispatcher
Informing service advisors about the receipt of ordered parts
Requirements
Completed vocational training
Professional experience as a parts service employee desirable
Good product knowledge of Porsche models
Mastery of the CROSS system advantageous
Good organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality are important to you
Knowledge of English is desirable, but not a prerequisite
Fluent communication skills, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
High resilience, flexibility, and good concentration skills
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability, and initiative
Good interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate
Class B driver's license
