Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Who we're looking for
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and optimising the structural components of our Formula 1 vehicles to ensure maximum performance, reliability and safety.
Your mission
Provide structural support on all stages of project development using HyperMesh and ABAQUS/Optistruct to ensure structurally efficient components.Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to deliver performance in a short timescale Continuously improve and innovate structural analysis methodologies, tools and processesPresent results in a clear and concise manner
Your profile
