Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your mission
Work effectively to develop CFD processes in an F1 environmentHave an impact on how CFD technology is used by the whole aerodynamic departmentImprove the CFD physical modelling to increase the accuracy of the predictionWork closely with external software providers on specific development projectsContribute meaningfully to future direction and trends in advanced CFD methodsWork in an agile software development team
Your profile
