AP Racing is proud to offer placement opportunities to undergraduates who are seeking a year’s industrial experience within a globally recognised company. This placement is to begin in July 2026, and the details are as follows:
The Role
Release and create product picking requirements and purchase orders.
Works order management (Shortage and priority control).
Support tasks across three areas of operation: Production planning, Supply chain & logistics areas.
Project implementation where you will help create new processes and evolve existing ones.
Desirable Skills
Eagerness to learn and attention to detail
Spreadsheet/data management
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding and experience of manufacturing or planning environment
Experience with an MRP System
What We Want From You
Undergraduate studying an Operations or Business related degree for at least 2 years, on track for a 2:1 or above. (Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar)
Willing to learn new skills, good at problem solving and coming up with creative solutions.
Passion for engineering, willing to work proactively and self-motivated.
Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Applicants must be returning to university to finish their degree after completion of the placement in order to be considered eligible.
