What you will do?
Dynamic and results-driven Project Manager responsible for leading the successful implementation of both local and global digital platforms across GM Mexico. Acts as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, global IT teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for digital platform implementations, from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize global platforms, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and business practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by facilitating regular updates, steering committees, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Sales) to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of platforms.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations using Workday and other project management tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future initiatives.
Core Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, ERP systems, and platform integration.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
Key Projects:
- Implementation of global HRIS platform tailored to local compliance.
- Rollout of digital procurement and supply chain tools across Mexican operations.
- Integration of local CRM systems with global customer experience platforms.
Work Appropriately
Key Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
