This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2026. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.
Job Purpose
Responsible for the delivery of elements of Porsche Motorsport GB's activity within the Porsche Cars GB Marketing Department. As well as being responsible for admin and planning during office time.
Core Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of driver registrations and communications for Porsche Carrera Cup GB and Porsche Sprint Challenge GB.
- Responsible for an end-to-end Special Project including the launch & implementation of the Porsche Motorsport Esports Programmes.
- Responsible for key Motorsport Marketing projects including motorsport book, various presentations, event reports etc.
- Responsible for Porsche Motorsport Hub, updating content, race results and ongoing website management.
- To deliver elements of the Porsche Centre Motorsport Hospitality Programme.
- Support Motorsport Events team with ad hoc requirements relating to race weekends – logistics, schedules etc.
- Host various Paddock Tours at race weekends.
- Collate ‘Goody Bags’ for Hospitality Programme.
- Manage the Motorsport fleet of road cars.
- Oversee the allocation, distribution, return and disposal of Motorsport team clothing.
- Ensure the Motorsport stockroom is well organised and stock levels are recorded.
- Assisting in production of working documents for each event, distribution throughout the team ensuring accuracy and understanding from each party.
- Liaison with external suppliers with joint event responsibility.
- Input to PCGB systems, raising Invoices, Purchase Orders etc.
- Liaison with PCGB departments.
Core Accountabilities
- Regular meetings with Motorsport Team to update on progress, ensuring that all information is captured and relayed where relevant.
- Travel is required throughout the Motorsport season – March – October. 10 race weekends throughout the UK and Scotland plus other related events Friday through to Sunday.

Requirements
- Studying towards an Undergraduate degree.
- 3 A Levels or equivalent.
- Passionate and has a good understanding of the Motorsport industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
- The individual should be enthusiastic, friendly, willing to learn and a good team player.
- Strong customer service and administration skills.
- Must have held a driving license for more than 2 years - driving license must be clean - must be minimum 21yrs old by August 2026.
- Prepared to work away during weekends (10+ per year) - you will receive days back in Lieu.
