This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2026. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.
Job Purpose:
In this role, you will play a key part in driving Porsche Classic, Accessories, and Lifestyle marketing by coordinating campaigns, supporting customer events, and delivering sales incentive programs. You'll collaborate with agencies and internal teams to provide Porsche Centres with engaging marketing assets, analyse sales and competitor data to shape future strategies, and manage vehicle logistics for competitor exchanges. Additionally, you'll contribute to team communications and support recruitment efforts, making this a dynamic opportunity to influence brand growth and customer experience.
Core Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Porsche Classic, Accessories and Lifestyle marketing campaigns and programmes. Taking full responsibility to coordinate with various agencies and internal departments to create and deliver various marketing collateral
- Input into monthly marketing toolkits, ensuring Porsche Centres have creative assets to implement marketing programmes for Porsche Classic, Accessories and Lifestyle
- Support Porsche Classic, Accessories and Lifestyle event activations, including attendance at customer shows, merchandising and operating onsite store
- Support implementation and administration of Porsche Centre incentive programmes to generate sales impulses as required
- Produce monthly price and residual value positioning reporting against direct competitors. Develop the report in collaboration with Product Managers according to changing requirements and priorities
- Coordination of competitor vehicle loans including: creation of competitor overview, spec sheets, system booking and coordination of vehicle logistics
- To analyse sales data and identify new focus areas for Porsche Classic, Accessories and Lifestyle. Creating reports that can directly influence future activities
- Input into the relevant team spaces within the company's intranet system with updates for the Porsche Centre network
- Coordinate recruitment for the Product Marketing Intern including selection process, telephone interviews and assessment centre support
- General:
- Day to day ownership of Centre marketing toolkits and monthly briefs,
- Respond to internal and Centre network enquiries,
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO's), process invoices and maintain an accurate record of PO numbers and invoice values,
- Support in research, creation of reports and presentations as required,
- Be an active participant in the internship project to raise money for charity,
- Supporting the Product Marketing team with events (Product Training, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone etc.)

Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Relevant Business or Marketing degree
- Confident using MS office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of the car industry
- 3 x A-Levels at Grade B or above
- Willingness to travel to offsite events and work occasional weekends
- Relevant work experience (car industry, marketing) is desirable
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
