This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2026. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.
Job Purpose:
To support both the Vehicle Planning and wider Operations team with analysis and insight, as well as lead on the fortnightly Porsche Cars Great Britain online vehicle auction. The role is crucial in ensuring maximum return for PCGB and accuracy of new car volume planning. The role will also include analysis of risks and opportunities for Porsche in the UK market and reporting of sales performance to the UK business and Porsche AG.
Core Specific Responsibilities:
- Pre-owned
- To assist the National Pre-Owned Manager in providing analytical and administrative support to be shared with various internal and external stakeholders. This includes Pre-Owned sales performance, scorecard tracking, KPI performance
- Collation of Residual Value data, monitoring monthly movements and comparisons against Porsche Competitor models
- Support Volkswagen Financial Services with provision of vehicle data to encourage Porsche network engagement in purchasing end of contract Porsche vehicles
- Monitor the standards of Porsche vehicles displayed online, with a particular focus on the quality of vehicle media
- Support and facilitate vehicle media training for the Porsche network, working with the training team to ensure high course utilization
- Work with the PCGB Marketing Department to monitor the activities of our core competitors in the corporate market, produce collateral and support our dedicated web presence
- Field Team & Porsche Centre
- To assist with the production and distribution of core monthly performance reports regarding Pre-Owned performance.
- To assist with the Operating Guidelines measurement, scoring and management of the Porsche Centre network order bank.
- Upload communications to PPN (Porsche Intranet) and sharing of monthly reporting to individual Porsche Centre reporting groups
- General Support
- Assist with preparation of business presentations e.g. Board Meetings, Sales Meetings, Performance Updates and other meetings on an ad hoc basis
- Assist with the online invoicing process for Network Operations including raising of purchase orders and processing invoices
- Assist the Pre-Owned Regional Specialist with ad-hoc reporting requests as well as the pulling together of presentations.

Requirements
- Study Specification: Business related degree and basic accounting knowledge would be helpful
- Required IT-skills: excellent level of PC literacy, including MS office- especially MS Excel
- Preferred language knowledge: highly proficient in both spoken and written English
