Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator
Job Description
Reporting and investigating incidents, gathering feedback and communicating lessons learned and best practices.
Compliance of Mexican regulations and Stellantis Safety Standards.
Responsible of the maintenance of the Safety Management System of Stellantis (ISO45001).
Identify and inform management of compliance issues, risks, and improvement opportunities through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
Perform Safety Conversations & audits.
Train and assist others (Area Managers, team members, etc.) to complete their safety responsibilities Manager.
Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion.
Manage the implementation of high-risk work permits, pre-task risk analysis and corporate programs.
Creating, maintain and improve an exemplary Well-being and safety culture.

Requirements
- Requires 5 years as Health & Safety coordinator, preferred automotive industry.
- Education in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience with ISO 45001
- Knowledge of federal regulations
- Analysis and recognition of risks expert level
- Ability to communicate health and needs to all levels of the organization
