Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Japan Headquarter office in Tokyo, Japan full time.
The Role -
- Responsible for achievement sales target of RS/ WS
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and coordination of dealer sales activities in the territory area.
- Responsible for maximizing the performance of dealers in the territory with business planning and operation consulting.
- Work includes coordinating a number of involved operations and utilizing a considerable amount of creativity and perception along with wide latitude for independent action.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and coordination of dealer AFTERSALES activities in the territory area。
- To Maximize New Car Sales volume for each Dealer of GM Japan Network by Sales Skill Training
What You’ll Do -
Field Manager
- Within the assigned territory, manage vehicle inventories to achieve a balance of cars among areas, outlet profitability and market penetration.
- Plan and perform work to accomplish daily and long-range objectives in an orderly, efficient manner.
- Counsel and assist dealers in developing plans to address personnel development sales performance, customer satisfaction targets and profitability.
- Counsel and conduct to improve sales activity and dealer standard items.
- Maintain a close check on sales volume, adequacy of facilities, consumer relations and marketing.
- Analyze and interpret dealer financial statements to enhance dealer’s operation.
- Assist dealer in building an effective organization.
- Inform related divisions regarding status of dealer operations, performance, significant events, developments or trends in district.
- Using regularly generated reports and observation/ analytical skills, provide dealers with value-added input to their daily outlet operations.
- Manage GMJ match-fund budget.
- Support in network development activities
- Preparation of Weekly Sales Operation Meeting materials/ Quarterly Dealer Performance Meeting materials
- Conduct monthly branch manager meeting and any dealers’ events.
Dealer Sales Training (ICE & BEV)
- Plan of Dealer Sales Training Strategy (Sales Skill Training & Product Training) and mid-term Dealer Sales Training implementation Plan in order to Improving Sales productivity for Sales-Person of GMJ Dealer Network
- Increasing Customer Experience at all of GMJ Dealers and Improving CS Score
- Conduct CS Training for Sales-Person and Sales Branch Manager
- Increasing Sales Productivity of Sales-Persons with Product Managers
- Conduct Dealer Sales Skill Training with sub-contractors
- Conduct Product Training with Product Managers
- Budget Management
Others
- Analyze Dealer performance (ICE & BEV)
- Monitor Dealer Sales performance by using Dealer Sales Report system and make weekly report.
- Monitor Develop Sales Process System and CRM System and make weekly report.
- Monitor / Report Sales related Data
- Summarize / Analize Annual Dealer Award Data
- Summarize / Analize Monthly Dealer standard judgement with Field Manager
- Summarize / Analize Dealer Business (PL) situation.
- Create / Report GMAP and GMI Report for Dealer Performance and Dealer Standard relation
- Collaborate NWD Manager & Sales Field Manager
- Summarize / Analize Dealer Business (PL) situation.
- Develop 5 Years Dealer Business plan based on Dealer Network Strategy with NWD Manager.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Knowledge
- Business English capability (TOEIC 700 and above).
- Driving License.
- Wide knowledge and experience regarding Sales Planning and/or Network development
- Computer literate in Windows applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Access preferable).
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
Experience
- Over 5 years in automobile relation company
- Expertise working as a Field Manager and/or Sales Training in an Importer.
- Sales Planning and/or Network development for more than 5 years at a Japanese automotive firm or an importer is even better.
- Sales and Marketing area in automobile relation company
