Rejoignez-nous !Durée: 6 months - convention de stage obligatoireDébut du stage: Janvier 2026Lieu: Siège Social de Porsche France (Asnières Sur Seine 92600) – Déplacements ponctuels à l’école de formation Porsche (Poissy 78300)Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Formation Après-Vente et au Responsable Service Technique, Guarantee et PRA (Pièces de Rechanges et Accessoires), you integrate the Direction Après-Vente & Relation Clients.Vous interviendrez sur different projects pour la Direction Après-Vente de Porsche France, dont principalement :1 – Service Formation Après-Vente Réseau :Votre mission ici consistera à assister la Responsable Formation Après-vente dans le cadre de la mise en place des programs de formation technique & métiers pour son réseau: • You apportez votre soutien à l'organization des formations: - Preparation, organization et suivi des sessions (inscriptions, convocations, facturations, etc)- À ses côtés, vous organisez des évènements tels que la cérémonie de remise des diplômes pour techniciens certifiés - You contribute to the deployment of plans de formations du réseau français- You participez au pilotage de la satisfaction réseau et réalisation de differents reportings menus, analyzes et plans d'actions- Vous êtes en lien direct with les collaborators You appear in the cadre of objects and exigences of formation• You have no aid in the gestion du Program Porsche Institut (formation en alternance au sein du réseau Porsche) :- You apportez votre soutien dans la gestion de la communication officielle (letter, shooting, site internet, réseaux social,…)- You animez les Promotions d'alternants en cours à travers la gestion d'évènements liés au program (rentrée, shooting photos, etc) - You participate in recruiting des apprentices for our réseau (agence et Centers Porsche)2 - Service Technique, Guarantee and Pieces of Rechanges and Accessories: Your mission is ici consistera à assister le Responsable Service Technique, Guarantee et Pieces of changes and accessories in the cadre of missions suivantes: - You interviendrez sur la mise à jour et l'analyse des different reports et tableaux de bord à destination du réseau Français, de Porsche France et de Porsche AG- You participate in the creation of the presentations for the réseau- You aiderez in the Facturation of three services for all functions of support on the basis and participation in the mise à jour du système de commande (PPL) - You assurerez en collaboration with the team of commands of the pieces of competition Motorsport - You leave the lien between the réseau and Porsche AG to assurer the suivi of the dossiers via le système dédié (PRMS). - You will receive the guaranteed service in the publication and the quality of the actions. Nous favorisons la montée en compétences de nos stagiaires. Also, this stage allows you to participate in a large variety of subjects, including the competencies of project design and development, with a connaissance approach to the automotive industry and its own actors and suppliers. You will be able to work with the Départements/Directions et serez en lien directly with the ensemble of our own réseau.
