Description:The Accounting Intern will assist with Data Analysis and General Accounting tasks, which includes mastering procedures, compiling reports, and conducting presentations for Management. Assignment Duties:
- Aiding in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management.
- Carry out general accounting responsibilities.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable.
- Tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators.
- Complete the Fixed Asset capitalization process.
- Produce audit lists.
- Perform account reconciliations as needed.
Assignment Projects:
- Monitors and reports efficiencies gained in projects.
- Review and develop digitalization process efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing undergraduate business-related degree
- Microsoft Office.
- Detail Oriented.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE for the January 12th - May 15th, 2026.
