Start: September/October Duration: 3 to 6 months
What can you expect?
Development of training measures
Selecting, using, and developing different learning formats
Developing qualification and certification concepts
Interpreting market analyses and identifying training needs
Conducting international training and qualification events (Train the Trainer)
Using and testing digital learning media
Communicating with international partners (markets)
Requirements
What sets you apart?
A place to study business, media, or communication sciences, industrial engineering or education with a focus on marketing, automotive management, human resources, or a comparable degree program (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degrees)
Interest in international collaborations and customer requirements
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Good English skills (at least B2 level)
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Organizational skills
Enjoyment of independent and team-oriented work
