Key Responsibilities Lead a team of ERP specialists to deliver cutting-edge ERP products and services.
Define and communicate the ERP vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet real-world needs.
Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee product launches.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve the ERP suite.
Act as a product evangelist, championing ERP innovation across the organisation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Expertise in ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud, including integration with PLM.
Proven experience in ERP product management.
Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
Solid project management experience, with the ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
A strategic mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and deliver under pressure.
