We are looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join our elite team, delivering world-class carbon fibre components that help shape the success of our Formula One car on track. Key Responsibilities Laminating high-spec carbon fibre components to the strictest quality and schedule.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and laminate manuals.
Preparing moulds and tools with precision and care.
Loading/unloading autoclaves and completing breakout processes.
Ensuring all materials and methods align with design data.
Maintaining exceptional standards under pressure and tight deadlines.
Supporting Health & Safety best practices at every step. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience in composite laminating, ideally within Formula One, motorsport, or high-end automotive.
Skilled in precise, hands-on work with strong attention to accuracy.
Ability to work accurately from technical drawings and laminate manuals.
Solid understanding of composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
Calmness and organisation in high-pressure environments.
