Key Responsibilities Assemble high-quality composite components across AMR projects, adhering to design and aero intent.
Provide full composites support to the Race Team, pre and post-event, including part turnaround and maintenance.
Travel as part of the Race Team to provide on-event composites support.
Service and maintain composite garage and pit equipment during the season.
Support aero development by ensuring composite components meet aerodynamic specifications.
Report faults and collaborate closely with the Reliability and Quality departments to ensure optimum build quality.
Assist with show car builds and display vehicles.
Participate in pit crew training and demonstrate flexibility in supporting race operations.
Perform other duties as required in line with the role. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven composites laminating and trimming experience in F1 or high-level motorsport.
Recent trackside or race team experience is advantageous.
Confident in reading and working from detailed CAD drawings.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative team-focused approach.
Highly motivated, calm under pressure, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
