Key Responsibilities Lead world-class facilities operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of our campus, ensuring manufacturing and office spaces are safe, compliant, and optimised for peak performance.
Drive efficiency and reliability: Develop preventive maintenance strategies, minimise downtime, and implement cost-saving, sustainable initiatives across assets and infrastructure.
Deliver major projects: Manage large-scale upgrades, fit-outs, and infrastructure developments from planning through to commissioning, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage partnerships: Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring outstanding service delivery while securing value for money through effective contract and SLA management.
Champion safety and compliance: Work closely with our Health & Safety team to embed best practice and ensure full compliance with regulations, creating a safe and secure working environment.
Provide strategic leadership: Develop long-term plans for our facilities, report directly to the COO with clear insights and recommendations, and inspire a high-performing team built on accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Proven experience in facilities/estates management within high-performance or high-tech environments (motorsport, automotive, aerospace preferred).
Strong background in asset management, large-scale project delivery, and supplier/contractor management.
In-depth knowledge of building systems, machinery, and manufacturing infrastructure.
Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Track record of managing complex, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
