Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end production process for assigned projects, from design release to final delivery.
Collaborate with programme planning, design, procurement, and manufacturing to build realistic and executable project plans.
Raise demands and shop orders aligned to programme timelines and quality expectations.
Oversee component delivery (current and development specs), including lifing and logistics activities.
Track overdue orders, mitigate delivery risks, and maintain momentum on all assigned projects.
Maintain up-to-date shipping list information and ensure freight deadlines are met.
Monitor future project requirements and take proactive action to support execution.
Champion process improvement and identify efficiencies to optimise performance and quality.
Ensure all production changes are properly managed, documented, and controlled.
Prioritise car performance and delivery speed in all engineering decisions. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Good understanding of manufacturing processes across metallics and composites, including machining, fabrication, and assembly workflows.
Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle from design to delivery.
Proven experience in production or assembly management within F1, motorsport, or a high-performance engineering setting.
Confident project management skills, ideally with experience in Microsoft Project.
Calm, confident, and focused under pressure being able to deliver quality work to tight deadlines.
Gearbox / Hydraulics experience is advantageous.
Effective communicator and team player with the ability to influence.
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
