Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality NDT inspections (Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, MPI, Dye Penetrant, Visual) for all AMF1 car components.
Engage actively in team culture, driving collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Travel as required to trackside locations and testing sessions.
Maintain compliance with EN4179/PCN Level 2 standards or higher.
Communicate findings clearly and confidently to engineering teams.
Work professionally and autonomously under time-critical conditions.
Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision in every task. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Minimum Level 2 NDT Qualification (EN4179/PCN) across key techniques.
Strong expertise in Ultrasonic A-Scan (Phased Array, would be beneficial), Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant & Visual Inspection.
Strong attention to detail, with strict adherence to inspection specifications and reporting standards.
Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of X-Ray and CT Scan techniques is beneficial.
Excellent communicator with a proactive, positive attitude.
To be self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment.
Willingness to adapt, travel, and go above and beyond in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Formula One, high-level motorsport, or aerospace highly desirable.
