About the Team
Our finance team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our manufacturing operations. We work closely with cross-functional departments including Production, Engineering, and HR to maintain accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance. The team is dynamic, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
What you can look forward to as Sr Financial Analyst:
- Lead and coordinate monthly VAT refund requests, including documentation gathering across departments.
- Supervise the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, meeting strict deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Validate inventory valuation in SAP for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Audit and coordinate standard manufacturing cost accounting, including variances and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cost control and margin strategies.
- Manage internal and external audits, addressing findings promptly.
Your Profile as Sr Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (preferred) and Master’s in Finance or MBA (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, preferably automotive.
- At least 3 years in roles such as Assistant Controller or Jr. Controller.
- Strong knowledge in FP&A, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, General Accounting (IFRS), and Tax (VAT refunds).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP (preferred), Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, results-driven, and a strong team leader.
