The Business Excellence Management department is the knowledge carrier and enabler for further developments in the entire MHP process landscape. The department member acts as in-house consultants for all MHP employees and is responsible for the quality standards of the company processes. The following tasks await you:
You will be involved in daily business includes supporting workshops and training sessions with the process owners as well as being the central point of contact for the Business Excellence Community (BEC), providing advice and assistance with the documentation of your processes;
You will carry out training courses and activating process owners/experts for folders, templates etc. for the respective processes. Maintenance of the MHP files and the SharePoint page and continuous further development of the documentation and implementation of the BPM passport;
You will support the specialist departments in preparing for the sponsor's approvals, including review of customized documents for completeness, plausibility and format (Word, Excel, Visio) and conversion of adapted and reviewed fact sheets into PDF format;
You will oversee KPI reporting based on input received from connected departments;
You will assist with the delivery of various continuous process improvement workshops;
You will be involved in the development of training materials to support the development of know-how and the understanding of process management individualized for the user groups sponsor, owners and experts within the Business Excellence Community;

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business process management, business process excellence, quality assurance, lean management training or similar;
Confident user of planning/process modeling tools – BPMN, Visio, Miro;
Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data reporting and analysis (Power BI);
Advanced level of German and English;
Evaluation skills and analytical thinking;
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Microsoft Office suite – focus on Excel & PowerPoint, Word;
SharePoint administration;
Lean management training and certifications (basic);
