Task
Design, develop, and implement Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
Configure business rules and model policies to support HR processes such as eligibility determination, benefits calculations, and compliance assessments.
Integrate OPA with Oracle HCM Cloud to streamline and automate HR workflows.
Ensure alignment of OPA implementations with HR business requirements and regulatory standards.
Apply both functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM and OPA to deliver effective and compliant automation solutions.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
Proven experience in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor, including rulebase design, maintenance, and deployment
Hands-on experience integrating OPA with Oracle HCM Cloud using REST APIs and web services
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly:
Core HR
Benefits
Absence management
Compensation
Payroll (preferred)
Ability to translate legislative, organizational, and business process requirements into effective OPA rules
Proficiency in XML, XPath, and OPA data model configuration
Skilled in developing dynamic OPA Interviews and decision flows
Experience using OPA testing and debugging tools
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus
Flexibility & willingness to travel: around 20%
