Tasks
Your responsibilities include vehicle dynamics and driving system development.
You support the further development of our driving simulators.
You assist with the commissioning, integration, and validation of software versions at the test site and in the vehicle.
You support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of tests on vehicles and test benches.
The planning, coordination, and support of conversions in workshops are a key focus of your work.
You assist in simulating driving situations on the driving simulator based on real-world tests.
You participate in the programming of virtual test scenarios and environments.
You support software methodology and tool development.
Together with the team, you are responsible for the development of automated measurement data evaluations and result documentation.
You actively contribute to the application and testing of software versions of various chassis and drive systems.
Requirements
You are currently studying mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office
You have good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink/TargetLink
It is an advantage if you have experience with Python or C++
You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and good in English
A Class B driver's license is an advantage
You are motivated to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and service orientation in a team with helpful and friendly colleagues
Your strengths include strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to work independently
Things to know before you leave:
Requirement: Valid enrollment at a college or university (alternatively, you are taking a gap year)
Start: From September 2025
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Other: Valid residence permit with work permit required
