Job Purpose
The HR Data & Technology (HRDT) team is responsible for the configuration, operation, and support of key HR applications. The Employee Central Business Systems Administrator will coordinate the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) components to ensure the seamless integration and operation of the SuccessFactors processes. This role partners with HR business stakeholders to define business requirements, configure solutions, support testing and implementation efforts, and provide troubleshooting support. The individual in this role will serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central processes, ensuring that the solutions align with both HR strategies and operational needs.
Key Accountabilities
System Configuration & Administration
Administer the design, configuration, and deployment of Employee Central components
Oversee testing and coordination of biannual EC upgrade releases
Support providing Employee Central quarterly SOX reporting and evidence
Direct and execute testing efforts
Address and resolve system issues during testing
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
Act as the SME contact for HR, project teams, and IT
Support mass data loads and organizational changes
Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions
Provide guidance to HR teams on Employee Central tools
Provide ongoing system support and issue resolution
Process Improvement & Strategic Alignment
Continuously assess and enhance Employee Central processes
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
Translate HR business needs into functional/technical solutions
Stay current with updates and best practices
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience as a business systems analyst in HR or IT
2+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, experience related to business systems, HR systems, or IT systems is preferred
Experience in configuring, testing, and supporting business applications
Excellent business analyst skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
