Play your part in getting us on the grid.
This role manages and reports on our US HQ’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. They analyze financial data, prepare financial statements and group reporting, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
· Lead the preparation of periodic accounts, reconciling balance sheets and performance to forecast and ensure group reporting is submitted accurately and timely
· Implement finance processes at our US HQ – ensuring these are aligned to those in our UK Operations ensuring they are streamlined, scalable, accurate and documented clearly to be digested by other stakeholders
· Manage day to day accounting operations – billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, inventory accounting
· Monitor cash flow requirements and reporting commitments to senior management

What do you need to bring to the team?
· CPA Qualified
· High attention to detail
· Thorough knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and procedures
· High resilience with experience in working in a changeable environment with competing deadlines
· Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS
· Experience in an organization that conducts internal manufacturing.
