Tasks
You will keep evidence and handle the preparation of childcare subsidies
You will process different Employee certificates and non-cash taxes/benefits in kind
You will be maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions
You will perform regular reports or based on special requests
You will respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll specific information
You will support with payroll accounting, checklist and validation of data
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Expertise in HR payroll processes for at least 2 years.
Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
Confident user of multiple payroll systems
Excel intermediate level
Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalization of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives.
Degree with a focus on HR, Economics or similar studies
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited
Line of work: Consulting
Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English
Flexibility & willingness to travel
Other: a valid work permit
