Your tasks: The focus of your work will be on coordinating and managing the smooth and timely invoicing of our workshop orders using data processing programs.
In this important role, you will be in constant contact with the manufacturer and colleagues. Creating documentation and posting business transactions in accordance with legal requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
Personal Qualifications:
Completed commercial and/or technical training in a car dealership
Existing knowledge of common IT systems in car dealerships (CROSS)
Professional experience with VW Group brands desirable
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Dedicated, independent, and reliable work ethic
High level of commitment, enjoyment of work, and a strong sense of responsibility
