This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Milford, Pontiac or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum

The Role
The primary responsibility of the Strategy and Planning Demand Forecasting Analyst is to complete critical demand forecasting activities within the strategy and planning function.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Includes tracking and monitoring monthly demand forecasting metrics.

Maintaining forecasting metric dashboards using Power BI.

Creating documentation for forecasting tasks.

Serve as a subject matter expert for demand forecasting and provide support to other areas within the supply chain, such as backorder recovery, accessories, supplier management, and inventory management.

In-depth analysis of inventory and forecasting data will be conducted to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Provide day-to-day business and technical support to leaders, assist in the development and implementation of business tools and processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.

The ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and effectively communicate and present to leadership is essential.

Handle forecast adjustments for complex capacity issues

Assist in the development and implementation of data analysis, workflow creation, processes, and documentation.
