With the help of the CRM system landscape, we support personalized customer service and marketing measures, as well as sales and aftersales. Both our strategic projects and operational customer contact are based on intensive data analysis.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on your desired area, support us with the following tasks, for example:
Customer Relations Management (from March 2025)
Supporting CRM projects from conception to rollout
Developing existing processes
Creating decision-making documents for committees
Participating in international market support and supporting day-to-day operations
Customer Insights & Analytics (from September 2025)
Supporting international customer insights and analytics projects (market research)
Participating in trend research projects
Conducting usability studies (UX testing)
Analyzing and preparing study results
Creating decision-making documents for (board) committees
Customer Support Management (from August 2025)
Accompany us in the further development of customer support
Supporting the development and implementation of training measures and knowledge management
Working on the integration and further development of the service portfolio in the area of ??smart mobility and eCommerce
Support in managing the European contact center through analytics and reporting
Customer Engagement (from August or September 2025)
Support in handling escalated customer issues
Collaboration in the further development of existing processes to increase customer satisfaction
Coordination of solution approaches with internal interfaces and global subsidiaries
