Tasks
You are the first point of contact for all Porsche-related matters (e.g., app support, charging our electric cars, technical advice, aftersales processes, digital services).
You identify, escalate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints using our digital tools and your ability to engage with our customers.
You resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or video call together with our Porsche experts.
You participate in regular training sessions to build expert knowledge of our products and services and thus provide the best possible customer service.
You document all customer inquiries in our in-house CRM tool, thereby supporting the development of the CRH.
You share your ideas and suggestions for improvement with your team.
You stay up to date on all Porsche products/services and are an important part of customer loyalty.
