Assuming administrative tasks in day-to-day operations (e.g., preparing certificates, accident reports, bonus letters)
Supporting time management and preparing payroll
Drafting contracts according to specifications
Scheduling interviews and contract negotiations
Supporting compliance with HR processes and the ICS (internal control system)
Supporting reporting according to specifications
Requirements
Completed commercial training
Professional experience in human resources
Knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social security law desirable
SAP R/3 knowledge desirable
Good IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative
Careful, systematic work style and strong organizational skills
Fluent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a strong service orientation
