Owner for SAP SuccessFactors – Performance modules:
Operates performance modules in Success Factors for goal setting, goal achievement, performance review, reporting, etc.
Ensures new joiners have their goals set according to the MHP Romania goal system & career model
Supports the calculation of the goal achievement and related performance bonus
Ensures employees have their goals set/evaluated on time and according to the calendar
Offers guidance and training to employees and leaders related to performance management, connected processes, and supporting system
Permanently focused on process improvement and efficiency
Assists the annual performance review, project evaluation, and promotions
Supports the annual compensation review process and all related activities:
Ensures the preparation and communication of the compensation review (salary, bonus etc.) information documents to the employees
Support analysis and reporting related to various HR KPIs and measurements
Consolidates and prepares data for various types of reporting
Supports the offboarding process and all related activities
Updates the content of the internal communication pages with information about the annual processes
Interacts with other HR departments such as Learning, People Services, Talent Acquisition and the payroll provider on a need basis
