We are looking for motivated and experienced quality developers for our Kirchentellinsfurt location to support our Chemical Cell Design team in cell development. The ideal candidate should have experience in the characterization and evaluation of lithium-ion batteries and quality assurance.
Derivation, development, and implementation of quality assurance measures for our cells, especially with regard to active components (for electrode, electrolyte, and separator components).
Support of internal and external cell production through physicochemical and electrochemical evaluation of our cells with regard to raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality, and reproducibility.
Independent assessment of product/process maturity and early escalation of risks.
Assessment of key battery parameters and manufacturing quality by maintaining a corresponding database.
Coordination and monitoring of upscaling processes in development.
Documentation and presentation of results, as well as preparation of reports.
