Position Overview
The Complete Vehicle Intern supports the operations by executing automotive pre-series testing and special market-specific test events in cooperation with test engineers and/or according to the OEM’s proprietary testing systems and methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor the process of operations and evaluate the efficiency, considering the job splits for the different testing fleets
Support conducting automotive pre-series testing operations, focusing on new technologies and features
Support the team with data-handling and -verification of gathered information out of Complete Vehicle testing
Maintain and assist with cross-section upgrades of the test fleets
Implement a strategy to split responsibilities and tasks within the entire team
Support Department Management and Project Lead creating reports
Create a KPI summary of monitored and executed activities
Other duties as assigned

Education
Undergraduate work in a related field
Experience
Porsche experience helpful
Automotive/Motorsports experience helpful
Complete vehicle knowledge
Administrative experience helpful

Schedule/Shift: 40 hours a week / 8 hours a day
Pay Range for this position is $19 to $21 per hour, depending on educational status.
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to work effectively and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
This job operates in an automotive workshop and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, automotive parts at operational temperature and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
