We are looking for motivated and experienced anode developers (m/f/d) for our Kirchentellinsfurt location to support our Chemical Cell Design department in the development of electrodes and lithium-ion batteries. The ideal candidate should have experience in laboratory and pilot-scale electrode manufacturing, as well as their characterization in various lithium-ion cell formats.
Development of anode electrodes for high-performance lithium-ion batteries from formulation to validation in various lithium-ion cell formats
Optimization of existing electrodes and evaluation of new electrode materials to achieve desired battery performance metrics
Design of experiments to evaluate electrode performance and conduct data analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including materials scientists, engineers, and chemists, to develop new battery products and technologies
Staying abreast of the latest advances in lithium-ion battery technology and the competitive landscape
Preparation of technical reports, presentations, and patents to support intellectual property protection
Collaboration with customers to understand their needs and adapt electrode development accordingly
Ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
