By involving these departments early on in the product development process, you will actively participate in shaping our products of tomorrow. What to expect?

Project management (status reports/presentations, project schedules and cost documentation, preparation of committees and management decisions) Collaboration in cross-departmental development teams Supplier management (inquiries, bid comparisons and discussions, negotiations) Change management in vehicle projects
