Tasks
General support in organization of event-related requests and communication between the 28 Central and Eastern European markets, Porsche AG and external parties
Realization of overall event and project management: preparation, implementation and wrap-up of international (driving) events: Driving events at various racetracks / Support in various regional and local events
Support in the management of the regional vehicle fleet: Enabling of local and regional driving events and activities, Coordination of vehicle logistics and transportation, Customs documentation and coordination, Coordination of exchange of vehicles and damage reports, Communication with Porsche AG, markets and external providers
Preparation and monitoring of various tracking and reporting for internal projects or market related activities
Preparation of presentations, overviews and management summaries
On-site support during events: Representing the company and brand towards customers while ensuring participant satisfaction, Maintaining the event flow. (Subject to the season & possibilities)
Contribution of own ideas and independent coordination of requests
Contract type: Internship contract
Duration: 6 months
