Tasks

• Provide technical related support to importers & dealers in PCEE region. • Ensure that Porsche After Sales policies and guidelines are understood and followed by all importers and dealers. • Assist importers and dealers in resolving technical, warranty and customer inquiries/ issues.• Ensure appropriate technical support for e-performance related high-voltage (HV) topics for all Porsche Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) & Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV).• Support for Body Repair & Paint technical topics to ensure quality of collision repair.• Monitoring and reporting of top technical and quality issues occurring within the PCEE to the Porsche headquarters.• Support for special tools and equipment workshop topics.• Represent PCEE After Sales at meetings related to technical and parts topics.
