Further improve the After Sales experience across all touchpoints by defining KPIs and countermeasures based on insights from customer satisfaction surveys.
Enrich and develop Customer Commitment reporting by setting clear metrics and regularly evaluating market performance.
Develop and support the regional utilization of customer goodwill to mitigate potential legal and financial risks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
