Tasks
As a Senior Manager IT Security & LISO (m/f/d), the following main tasks await you:
Strategic responsibility for the establishment, further development, and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with corporate guidelines (TISAX®)
Implementation and assurance of compliance with IT security policies, standards, and procedures within the framework of IT projects (SDE), aligned with business processes in the retail and automotive environment
Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits (e.g., TISAX assessments, etc.)
Analysis of security incidents, management of incident response processes, and monitoring of action plans
Support for IT projects in an advisory capacity and assumption of responsibility for the technical testing and IT security approval of solutions
Close coordination and collaboration with Corporate Information Security, IT, the Data Protection Officer, Compliance, and Risk Management
Management of training and awareness programs for all levels of the organization
Monitoring and Reporting of KPIs and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators)
Contact for IT projects related to IT security, including selection and management of external service providers and coordination/synchronization with the relevant PAG IT departments
