Tasks
As Head of Global Sales, Trade Organization & Sales Wholesale Timepieces (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Close coordination and ongoing collaboration with the sales and marketing departments of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and the internal departments
Management and leadership of importers in the establishment and expansion of global sales of in-vehicle watch concepts through the Porsche retail organization
Selection, acquisition, support, management, and leadership of a high-quality network of jewelers and watchmakers in national and international markets
Management and leadership of independent distribution partners
Further development of the international Porsche Design specialist retail sales strategy for Porsche Design Timepieces, including location potential analysis, sales network planning, and strategy coordination with all related sales departments
Leading participation in internal and external planning and budgeting processes
Participation in the conception, planning, and implementation of Porsche Design Timepieces' appearances at events, trade fairs, and trade shows
Analysis and ongoing optimization of customer business through appropriate measures and the development of long-term partnerships
Responsibility for achieving budgeted sales, revenue, and earnings targets in the relevant channels
Disciplinary and professional leadership of employees
