Pay / Salaries
Salary : £ 7.20 – 9.00 (Depending upon experience, and negotiable)
Fully skilled potential after 2-3 years upto £12.50 per hour.
Work Hours : Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch and am/pm short breaks)
Benefits: Holiday: 28 Days
Bonuses: Daily Bonus scheme and group target monthly incentive scheme.
Scope:
Reverie Limited are a thriving composites business with a World renowned brand in motorsport and the
auto aftermarket for their top quality, niche, well engineered products. Reverie also carry out sub contractor
and build to print composite design, development and manufacturing for automotive Tier 1 / OEM and blue
chip clients in many market sectors.
Established in 2000, with year on year growth and recent investments in new machinery, facilities and staff
to support, we now seek an experienced Laminator to support our Production Manager.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for learing how to do laminating, vacuum bagging
and autoclave curing high quality, high end pre-preg autoclaved components to drawings and/or manuals.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the high company standards of production are maintained.
Responsibilities Laminating:
Handle composite materials and follow established Health & safety procedures
Hand laminate composite components to specifications provided by project engineers / manuals / drawings
Prepare components for autoclave cure utilizing vacuum bagging practices (training will be given).
Prepare tooling patterns and moulds using chemical sealers and release systems
Fabricate moulds from supplied patterns
Follow build manuals and quality control processes
Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in consultation with project engineers
Maintain a Positive attitude towards learning and gaining knowledge from others.
Take a responsible positive work ethic and focus in the laminating areas.
Maintaining and providing own hand tools required as per reverie equipment lists.
Checking and using correct issue documentation for assigned tasks.
Shop floor data collection and identification of all parts produced.
Quality of work to required specifications.
Responsible for re freezing of pre-preg daily as required.
Ensure immediate feedback is provided to direct manager where customer satisfaction or Health & Safety may be threatened.
