The challenge
As a Business Controller, you play a key role within our company. You are responsible for providing financial support and advice to both the operational teams and the commercial department. Through your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of both production and sales processes, you ensure that the financial health of the organization remains optimal. You are a true business partner who helps with strategic decisions and process improvements.
What are you going to do:
• Business partnering: You support budget holders and the Sales team with financial insights and strategic advice
• Providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Drawing up, monitoring and analyzing budgets and forecasts
• Perform financial analyses to identify opportunities and risks and control costs
• Support and advise on commercial and operational investment projects
• Monitoring production performance and managing KPIs, cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Proactively advise on the financial impact of business cases and commercial initiatives
• Optimizing financial processes within the plant and the sales department
Your profile:
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Business Controller, including an affinity with a production environment
• Affinity with both operational processes and commercial objectives
• You have completed a higher professional or university education in Business Economics, Accountancy or a comparable financial direction
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince both budget holders and sales partners
• Experience in preparing financial reports and analyses
• Proactive, results-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems and excellent knowledge of Excel

• A salary between €4,500 and €6,500 gross per month for a 40-hour working week;
