Your Role
A key part of the broader Premium Experience Team, sitting within the Commercial Function, this role will focus on supporting the overall success of Formula E’s Guest Experiences through asset creation, department administrative tasks & customer service focused communication.
A proactive hands on role, you will be comfortable communicating with internal departments, external stakeholders & guests. Proficient in managing administrative tasks, including email correspondence, maintaining trackers, and ensuring seamless day-to-day organisational operations.
Capable of working across departments and liaising with a variety of suppliers to ensure perfect execution. This role is great for someone who can adopt new platforms and systems including Cloudlines, Smartsheet, Ticketing distribution portals & Google.
This role also requires the ability to deliver creative sales assets whilst keeping a commercially savvy approach & working to short timeframes. Whilst always ensuring best-in-class guest experience & customer service is at the heart of our approach.
Key Deliverables
- Develop, create and improve the B2B and B2C Sales assets
- Creating holistic customer journey tools
- Brochures/ Flyers and sales assets
- Improve the client communication platforms including smartsheet/cloudline sites for the best in class Premium Sales and client communication tools
- Centralised workflow owner for VIP Ticketing Platform
- Delivering end-to-end customer support with ticket fulfilment, payment & ticket distribution in a timely manner
- Reporting
- Maintain Smartsheet budgets & reporting trackers up to date with current sales, inventory availability
- Support the Premium Experience Leads with their event data capture & organisation
- Purchase order raising and PO tracking with upwards coordination for consistent budget reporting
- Event Planning & Delivery
- Support Premium Experience Manager with event planning tasks, including but not limited to; staff briefing documents, deployment plans, build schedules, meeting minutes & filing
- Support Premium Experience manager in select race markets (expected up to 3 maximum in the 2024/25 calendar season) to deliver the Premium Experiences and event operation
- Hospitality Sales Agents
- Support Premium Sales Manager with hospitality sales agency hub, enquiries and inboxes ensuring a seamless experience to support yielding the highest revenue generation
- Business Intelligence Data
- Support Senior Premium Experience Manager with insights/ business intelligence data and event surveys to track feedback & performance & collate debrief data for continued improvement
- Ensuring clear and concise client communications
- Maintain & improve organisational tools for the Premium Experience team
- Support improvement of communication flow and processes internally & with external clients
- Ensuring all activity is properly planned and managed in a timely fashion
- Other elements as required by the business
What We Are Looking For
Experience required:
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new technology & software quickly
- Excellent communication skills with experience in a customer service role

- GCSE Passes – Maths & English essential
