We have an exciting opportunity for a Race Operations Coordinator to join our Circuit Logistics team based in our Biggin Hill office. In this role, you be providing logistics assistance to the event operations, this includes:
Liaising with race circuit representatives, internal and external suppliers regarding the hire of ancillary equipment and services at events worldwide
Coordinate contractor requirements
Assist and coordinate logistical planning and implementation, including work patterns/attendance and freight
Assist and coordinate team travel, ensuring that travel plans are submitted on time in as much advance as possible
Assist with budget tracking throughout the year
Manage TV compound accreditation.
Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to:
Arranging meetings
Preparing and distributing minutes
Administer documentation, data bases and contact lists
Raising purchase orders
Creation and completion of company forms and reports
Specification:
Previous administrative or assistant experience
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Dependable with the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
Ability to participate in rig/de-rig of the technical systems around the circuit
UK driving license with experience driving abroad
Ability to travel internationally
