POSITION SUMMARY:
The Partnership Sales Designer will be responsible for working with the Sales and Partnerships team in creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and help develop and present sales and partnership materials for current and prospective partners in the marketplace. The Partnership Marketing Designer will demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to feedback and deadlines.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Own all sales and partnership materials, including but not limited to sales pitch decks, recap documents, creative mock-ups, and other special design projects.
- Become familiar with brand guidelines, brand identities, and our partners' guidelines.
- Receives job requests and instructions from supervisors or others within the Sales and Partnerships departments.
- Interpret data and information and present it in a visually appealing way.
- The individual will efficiently work on projects from start to finish meeting timelines and incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.
- Files and maintains project digital archives.
- Attends meetings pertaining to individual projects or brainstorming.
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education
- Attending or graduating from a four-year college or university in graphic, digital, or motion design, digital media, or related fields.
Skills/Experience
- Must have a basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teammates and stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with strong people skills.
- Innovative thinker and self-starter with perseverance to maintain deadlines.
- Ability to continually manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Travel/Work Hours/Flexibility
- General office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Additional hours required on IMS/INDYCAR event days and some non-event weekends.
- Longer hours and weekends required for the Month of May and other major racing events.
- No travel required.

- Occasional work outdoors requires physical strength and stamina to endure extreme heat, cold, rain, and other conditions.
