We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Data Analytics Manager and contribute to the success of our data initiatives. This role will involves ensuring data quality, assisting in data modelling and analysis, and collaborating with Data Engineering, Digital Product, and Marketing/Commercial teams to align data projects with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analytics and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Cross functional collaboration
Support communication and alignment among IT, Product, and Commercial teams for data-related matters
Help translate business requirements into technical specifications for data projects
Ensure that data initiatives support commercial objectives and drive business value
Data Collection and Management
Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of data collection tools
Help design and manage efficient processes for data collection and analysis
Assist in evaluating and improving data management workflows
Data analysis and reporting
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
Assist in interpreting complex data sets and deriving actionable insights
Data Consulting
Provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making across the organization
Consult on data projects, offering insights on methodology, tools, and best practices
Support teams in interpreting complex data sets and deriving actionable insights
Support product teams with data-related topics in managing relationships with existing suppliers (web, social, F1 TV, database, …)
Data Modeling
Assist in developing and maintaining data models to support analytics and reporting needs
Ensure data models are aligned with business requirements under the guidance of the Data Analytics Manager
Collaborate with IT and Product teams to integrate data models into existing systems
About You
Experience in an Analytics role- client or agency side
Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
Experience with PowerBI, Marketing Analytics, SQL, Data, Insight, Tableau, Google Analytics
Able to filter high volumes of information to focus on key insights
Ability to Navigate imperfect data sets and complexity/ambiguity of analysis to derive clear insights and actionable results
Storytelling abilities through data
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Able to prioritise workload in a high output environment
Personable with ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
Collaborative and influential communicator in-person and virtually
Display self-motivation and a self-starter mentality
