Formula 1 is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Race Promotion team. The Race Promotion Team works with Promoters of existing races as well contracting, managing and delivering the venues and host city relationships where fans experience the thrill and entertainment of our sport.
The Relationship Manager will provide strategic support to help build, maintain and grow existing relationships. They will also help identify and deliver innovative fan engagement activities in conjunction with race promoters as well as governments and host cities.
The role will involve working with the Relationship Management and Commercial Development functions within the Race Promotion Team, and internally with other F1 departments to help streamline communication, problem solve and grow fan engagement opportunities.

Further details on your responsibilities
Build, maintain and grow relationships with promoters and stakeholders.
Manage assigned account relationships by being key point of contact for promoters and internal F1 departments to maximize delivery of each event. Work with each promoter to find creative solutions to drive event delivery, development, and innovation.
Efficient communication with promoters and F1 internal teams through regular calls, status updates and face to face meetings leading to and supporting successful delivery of races.
Develop thorough understanding of local market and trends and be able to process full evaluation of promoter territories.
Close collaboration with Event Delivery and Events Teams to implement new on-site activities and support local sponsorship activations
Generate comprehensive post event reports and ability conduct analysis, suggest improvements and follow up with promoters to implement advancements.
About You
Experience in international live events and within the sports industry.
Experience in account and relationship management.
Bachelor’s degree with excellent results.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and operate effectively in different cultural environments.
Commercially savvy operator who can see the big picture and the connection to day-to-day tasks and projects.
